How can you help ?

Material aid

Every year we send a container with material aid to Zalom, including children's clothing, household utensils, medical equipment, school materials, furniture still in good condition,...
If you think you can donate something that would be meaningful to one of our projects, please contact us.

We are currently looking for this:

  • lockable barrels of 50 or 100 liters to store food and protect against vermin
  • water barrel of 3000 liters or more
  • supporting structure for 70 second-hand solar panels
  • agricultural tools and equipment

 

Knowledge transfer

Help does not always have to be financial or material. This can also be done by transferring medical knowledge or technical knowledge, such as on fish farming or technical installations. In 2023, Zalom has managed to keep proper accounting, because they now realize that figures are important for planning and avoiding unpleasant surprises.
Every 6 to 8 weeks we have an online meeting with the "Groupe de pilotage" composed of the local partners, the Swiss NGO and members of AMI.
